Domestic Shipping Policy
At this time Smash Designz does not offer international shipping.
All orders are processed within 5 business days.
Orders are not shipped weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on Zones and Weight.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Smash Designz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Lost shipments Smash Designz is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you item shows delivered but not received please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If a product is damaged please contact Smash_designz@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Keep packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please note once the package is shipped, we cannot control any delays or concerns with USPS. International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
