Important Reminders & FAQ


  • How long is order processing?
    Order processing time is 1 week. Custom Acrylic paintings and bulk orders require 2 weeks. 
  • Can I cancel my purchase? Custom orders, Bulk orders and Paintings: All Sales are final. If there is a problem with the order please contact me. For non custom orders, we do offer an exchange within 3 days from the date the item is delivered however you are responsible for shipping fees both ways. Orders will not begin until payment is made, custom or general purchase. ( This does affect the delivery date) 
  • Can I wash my items?
    Please follow the care instructions included in your order.
  • How do I track my shipment?
    You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order is ready for pick up by the carrier. This email includes a tracking link for your order. Click on the link in the email to view tracking information.
  • My order arrived damaged what do I do   If an item arrives damaged send us a message within 48 hours of delivery with your photos showing damage and we will ship you out a new item or issue store credit. Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick ups are made by appointment only, on Fridays. Contact me to arrange appointment.

  • Returns 

Several types of goods are exempt from Refund and or Return. Perishable goods, Custom Items, Paintings and Used items.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

There are certain situations where only partial refund maybe granted (if applicable). 

  •  Sale items (if applicable) 

Items on sale are not eligible for refund.

  • Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange non custom items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
