  • How long is order processing?
Order processing time is 1 week.
Custom Acrylic paintings and bulk orders require 2 weeks. 

    • Can I cancel my purchase?
    Custom orders, Bulk orders and Paintings: All Sales are final. If there is a problem with the order please contact me. For non custom orders, we do offer an exchange within 3 days from the date the item is delivered. Orders will not begin until payment is made, custom or general purchase. ( This WILL affect the delivery date)
    • How do I track my shipment? 
    You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order is fulfilled. A 2nd email with the tracking number or pickup/delivery arrangements. This email includes a tracking link for your order. 
      • My order arrived damaged what do I do   If an item arrives damaged send us a message within 48 hours of delivery with your photos showing damage and we will ship you out a new item or issue store credit.       • Can I pick up my order?
      Yes, pick ups are made by appointment only, on Fridays. Contact me to arrange appointment.

      Several types of goods are exempt from Refund and or Return. Perishable goods, Custom Items, Bulk Orders, Paintings and Sale items.

      Additional non-returnable items:
      - Gift cards

      There are certain situations where only partial refund maybe granted (if applicable). Please be advised this is based on a case by case basis.

      Items on sale are not eligible for refund.

      Exchanges (if applicable)
      We only replace non custom items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
